Terms of Service

Our terms are simple.

We only use Xero as our preferred online accounting platform.

We offer you value for money with bundled packages based on a monthly fee (payable in advance on the 1st of each month) encompassing all your Xero, accounting & tax compliance needs over an income year.

We provide a range of Business Advisory Services to help your business grow and prosper.

We will add you to our tax agency, which not only enables us to liaise with Inland Revenue on your behalf but also provides an extension of time to file annual income tax returns and pay terminal tax (where tax filing is not already late).

We are there to support you and we want you to talk to us. We will not charge you for every call and will be upfront on any charges that may be made.

Currently, our hourly charge-out rates are (plus GST):

Accounting & Tax Compliance     $175 to $275 (or an agreed fee)

Business Advisory $275 (or an agreed fee)

Tax Advisory                                    $375 (or an agreed fee)

Tax Audits & Investigations          $375

The hourly rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment for services including the monthly packages is within 7 days from the date of invoice. 

Late payment may incur a penalty of $150 and any costs of recovery.

For clients on monthly payment plans, there is no refund of any fees paid if you leave before the payment period ends. 

Company directors and Trustees are personally liable for payment of our fees should any invoice be in default.

Our work papers remain our property at all times.

We accept no liability for errors arising due to your failure to provide correct information. We are not auditing your information.
